At Kelticandles we get the order posted out to you as soon as we possibly can. Sometimes we may need to make your order fresh, if we do not hold the selected item in stock.
Bearing this in mind it may take slightly longer getting your order out to you. We will inform you as soon as possible if this happens.
In any instance, we request that you allow up to 10 working days for delivery of your order before contacting us about an order not received. We will always do our utmost to inform you of any potential delay.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you by mistake or the item is faulty.
